Simple Chairs Terms of Service

Kindly note that attempting to initiate a payment reversal after receiving the delivered product without first seeking assistance from our team will result in your account being blacklisted from our shop. This blacklist status entails a permanent loss of purchasing privileges from us. Furthermore, any purchased product will be rendered invalid under such circumstances. As providers of digital goods and services, refunds will only be issued if the fault lies with us and the buyer presents sufficient evidence of a malfunctioning product or service.

Product Terms of Service

Please allow a maximum of 72 hours for the delivery of your order. Once your the payment has been made, no refunds will be granted. If your order was unsuccessfully delivered due to issues on our side, we will give refunds. If the issue of the product was on your side, you will not be granted a refund. Choice made by staff are under their discretion if we feel it is a reasonable choice.

PayPal Terms of Service

Only send through F&F (Friends and family). Sending through any other Payment will result in funds being on Hold. Only send in USD (Sending through other currencies may cause an extra $2-3 Charge). There is a $0.50 fee if you're using PayPal to make a payment.
